1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the PR999 website or mobile application, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with PR999 and confirming full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of location or device used.

PR999 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the email address on their account or by a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of PR999 following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the PR999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and PR999.

2Eligibility and Registration

To register and use PR999, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on PR999 or any associated platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete personal information during registration.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended PR999 account.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one PR999 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. PR999 employs automated and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all associated balances and pending withdrawals will be voided without prior notice.

PR999 may request identity verification documents at any point. This includes but is not limited to a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PR999 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. PR999 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat or any other channel.

You must notify PR999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. PR999 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials, or where you have shared your login details with a third party.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Do not share your account with family members or friends — each person must register their own account.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact PR999 support immediately if you notice any transactions you did not authorise.

PR999 reserves the right to lock an account temporarily if unusual login activity is detected, pending verification by the account holder.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on PR999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard debit or credit cards. PR999 does not accept third-party payments — all deposits must come from a payment method that is registered in your own name.

Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your PR999 balance immediately following wallet confirmation. Bank transfers may take one to three business days to reflect depending on your bank. PR999 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. PR999 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may experience delays or restrictions on withdrawals.

PR999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

5Bonuses and Promotions

PR999 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and other promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out here.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be bet before it converts to withdrawable cash.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device, or payment method.
• PR999 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• Bets placed using bonus funds on certain markets or games may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements — check individual promotion terms.

Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting errors in bonus crediting — is a breach of these terms and will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds and potentially the closure of your account.

6Betting Rules

PR999 offers sports betting markets across Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 International fixtures, Football, Esports and a range of other sports. The following general betting rules apply to all markets on the platform.

Bet Placement and Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your available balance. Bets that appear in your bet slip but have not been confirmed are not active. PR999 reserves the right to decline or void any bet placed in error, placed on a market that was displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, or placed after the official start of an event where live betting is not enabled.

Void Bets and Postponed Events

If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned to your account. Specific rules apply to individual sports and tournament formats — for example, a PSL match that is abandoned mid-game may be settled according to Duckworth-Lewis method outcomes depending on the market type. Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply across all markets. These limits are displayed within the platform and may vary by sport, market type and event. Where a winning bet exceeds the stated maximum payout, the payout will be capped at the maximum limit without adjustment to the stake.

7Casino and Slots Rules

PR999's Casino, Slots and Live Casino sections are governed by both these Terms and Conditions and the individual game rules provided by each game supplier. In all cases of conflict, the game supplier's rules take precedence for game-specific outcomes.

Casino games at PR999 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Live Casino games are conducted by real human dealers in real time via live video stream. PR999 does not influence game outcomes in any way beyond what is determined by the RNG or live dealing process.

• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round.
• Disconnection during a live game round does not automatically void the round — any settled outcome will stand.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts for each Casino and Slots game are displayed within the game interface.
• Progressive jackpot wins may be subject to additional verification before being credited.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PR999 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potentially legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tool to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, technical glitches or system vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to launder money or use PR999 for any illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players in Casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making threats, using abusive language or harassing PR999 staff or other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or misuse any part of the PR999 platform.

PR999 takes fraud prevention seriously and cooperates with payment processors and relevant authorities where illegal activity is identified. Any funds associated with confirmed fraudulent activity will be permanently forfeited.

9Account Suspension and Closure

PR999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable period.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be marked as dormant.
• A verified self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If your account is closed at your own request and no breach has occurred, your verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard processing checks.

Dormant account fees may apply after an extended period of inactivity. You will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied. Reactivating your account by logging in will prevent dormancy fees from accumulating.

10Responsible Gaming
